Special Weather Statement Issued

 

Since high winds & rain have prompted a special weather statement ......trick or treating in most communities here have been  postponed until tomorrow evening.....

When I was young, (all those years ago).....most Hallowe'en nights were bitter cold.....always had to be bundled up with winter jackets, mitts & hat under plastic costumes (that split the minute we hit outside)....or my Mom would sew or rig a costume together.....and never once did I require an adult to accompany me....always trick or treated with a friend or two!    Our world has changed so much since then....
