Finally - Wax Tarts Are Back In Stock!!!

 And  a brand new month!!!

Imagine my surprise when Wal Mart restocked their Scentsationals wax melts!  It has been months (and months) since new scents have been available!  I checked two stores when we were in Nova Scotia....and they had nothing along the scent line I was wanting!

Not only have they brought in melts....but new to me scents as well!  You just know I stocked up...lest we have another wax melt drought!

I thought it was time to organize them....I brought them out of the cupboard and realized I have quite the stash....

Since it was still Hallowe'en I was still using  my fall warmers....until we spent nearly two hours packing away the fall & Hallowe'en decor.  Currently I'm using this coffee grinder warmer...I think I may have gotten it from Postmark.....as it has been discontinued....but one of my favourites.  The top lifts off & that is where the melts sit....it's plugged in currently on my kitchen counter....

Our portraits have arrived & so far we have one hung....after shopping for frames.  I don't think I shared the black & whites...I didn't order enlargements for these....but love them all the same....

I wasn't aware this photo was being captured...we were talking & joking...with my hands over his (a real awww moment)....again not a photo for enlargement...but did get smaller prints done.  And our girls requested prints for them as well....

And....it's football season!  For 45 years I have been surrounded by it....our son-in-law is another huge football fan....and even referees local games!  One evening we were sitting around....and as usual the topic got around to football...players...games....scores....and so on!  Daughter & I were spellbound (not)....can you tell?  I was praying there wouldn't be a quiz afterwards!!

This week is one full of appointments....after lunch today at the hospital for a stress test and this morning with a nurse at the diabetic clinic.  The only day I have no obligations....my friend & I are heading to Summerside to take in a number of pre-Christmas home decor sales!  I hope to take you along!

The craft fairs have begun....this weekend my beloved nephew & wife plan to visit....she & I will do some serious retail therapy & take in a few of them....

Do you have your Christmas tree up?  Driving by a couple of homes, I have seen 2 or 3 up & fully decorated!  I don't blame people...it's a dreary & dark time of year!  And don't get me started on this ridiculous time change!!!   It takes me a good week to get my body convinced I have another hour to sleep!!
