What A Croc(s)!

I ordered my second pair of Crocs....these ones were on back order & when they came in stock....I ordered a pair.  These are suede ones in the colour Milk Chocolate.....a great colour for fall!  I wear my red ballet Crocs with the strap forward....rather than behind my ankle...as I will with these ones too.  In the past I had never been a huge fan of Crocs....but they have been coming out with an expanded line with sandals & various styles....

I prefer footwear I can slip into....rather than have to tie or secure to my feet....

Clancy Mae is losing her baby teeth....more than we've actually been able to find (only 2)...but upon closer inspection it appears she has lost quite a few & the new teeth are poking through!  Since she doesn't require $$ from the tooth fairy.....she is happy to receive a new chew toy...(this one is already missing its nose)....

After one of our evening walks, we stopped into a local dairy bar....close by our home....and Clancy Mae enjoyed her first pup cup!!

She didn't manage to finish it all....we were able to bring it home & place it in the freezer...she will enjoy it another day....

As a rule we don't usually have too many thunderstorms roll through.  As we were walking on the trail one morning, we heard thunder & the skies turned an ominous black!  We cut our walk short....and just made it back to the SUV as the first drops of rain hit the windshield!

It turned out to be quite the thunder & lightening storm....with torrential downpours....I'm thankful we turned around on our walk when we did! We had a second storm roll through that same. afternoon....and had to rush to cover the deck furniture & roll down the umbrella!!

It was warm & muggy afterwards....the storms did little to clear the air!  As well, we had hazy smoke from the fires burning in Quebec...(some of our firefighters are there to help out!)....

Oh the noise this SUV is making!  It's embarrassing.....our mechanic will do the repair to the catalytic converter next week.....as a pipe required as well, is on order.  A new converter, through the dealthership is $1,700 + tax + shipping!!  Plan B to repair is the only option! 

It appears my tart obsession has not abated much....I ordered a few from Bass Pro (I love that store) in New Brunswick!   Can't wait to burn these in the fall...I also found a couple of delicious scents at Michaels....

Do you think they have a support group for tart-a-holics?  Surely I can't be the only one.....

Today's weather is looking awesome.....Mr. Seventies hope to pick a few fresh strawberries at a U-Pick close by....hope to freeze a few although they are never as good as fresh!

The stores here are full of Hallowe'en & fall goodness!!!  (so be warned)!  Oh, I get excited to take it all in!!
