Now....I had no business checking in on Inspired Living's Christmas canvas sale....I have absolutely no room to hang anything on my walls. All were 50% off btw.....
But, I decided to just browse around & take you guys with me. Before we go....my red retro glasses....the second pair I had ordered....were too big for my face....but I'm crushing on these ones....
They go so well with my Mary Jane crocs....and my red Betsy Johnson bag (the one Mr. Seventies removed the chain from).....
I had a young gal compliment me - telling me I was looking "snatched"! I had no clue what she meant...but I took it as a compliment.....
Mr. Google explains it : "Looking snatched - is a popular slang term meaning that someone looks exceptionally good, stylish or flawlessly put together".
Go figure! Me - looking "snatched". Huh.
On to the canvas sale! So many beautiful framed & unframed pieces....

This large piece was stunning....a gal I know & ran into purchased it....I love the blue & white....
These framed pieces have such a retro vibe....
These two were apparently part of a set of six....I didn't inquire about the other four...but they were not in sight....

Our feathered friends.... so beautifully captured....obsessed with the second one...I know there are cardinals here....never seen one in our area or at our feeders....
It wouldn't be Christmas without the jolly fellow in the red suit....
There were so many to see.....and the shop began to get crowded....do you think I purchased a canvas??
Of course I did.....without having a clue where I'm going to hang it! But....I had to have it....and it can hang year round.....if I find a spot for it. Impossible to resist mens hockey skates.....and chickadees!!
The adorable garden flag I ordered arrived as did the battery operated flickering ghost candles....
Then I realized I didn't have candle holders....so I ordered these ones on Amazon.....plain but serviceable...
Remember I've been searching for a treat jar for Clancy Mae's snacks? Well, I found the perfect glass container on Amazon.....like it was meant to be!! (and I used my Blues rewards (formerly Air Miles) for Amazon gift cards....how adorable is this?? Will share when it arrives.....
This week promises to be hot....for a number of days! And with that comes more pool time - we had so much rain for two days the pool is almost over-flowing! Grand daughter hopefully will make for a few swims....she has a busy week of day camps....

The canvasses are darling and I don't know how you managed to choose just one! I love the blue picture as well and in particular, the fringe on the couch - so retro and cool. Plus I need a new couch lol. Enjoy the hot weather - we've had a whole month of it and you are welcome to it, especially with your pool to cool off in. ReplyDeleteIt was hard to only purchase one canvas....still don't know where to hang the one I purchased...lol. We had a white slipcovered sofa & love seat...a nightmare to continually keep clean. I loved the set otherwise. I love hot weather....we don't get enough of it! Have a wonderful week, my friend!
